1. Definition / description
The contractor MSC Snow will provide driveway snowblowing services only to the address provided on this service agreement. The service agreement does not include hand shovelling of walkways or entranceways unless otherwise discussed before signing service agreement. The contractor MSC Snow will get within 12 inches of obstacles in driveway such as parked car, parked trailers, etc. The contractor will provide a second cleanup pass if required due to drifting snow or the city plows pushing snow into the bottom of driveways and also on prolonged snow events.
3. Service trigger
Our service trigger is 5 cm (2 inches) We stand behind our trigger numbers our word is our bond. We also make multiple passes for drifting snow and town trucks clearing streets.
2. Ice Management / Hold Harm agreement
The contractor MSC Snow Will not provide any ice management to the provided address on the service agreement. The contractor MSC Snow Will not apply any sort of sand salt or ice melt material to control ice or for any sort of ice management to the property listed on the service agreement. All and any ice management is the property occupant or owners responsibility. The contractor MSC Snow is not responsible for any sort of personal injury or property damage. The contractor MSC Snow IS NOT responsible for any slips trips falls of any kind due to ice buildup on indicated property of this service agreement. The contractor MSC Snow responsibility is to remove snow only from Driveway to the address indicated on this service agreement.
